Embracing Change.
Creating the perfect environment
for everyone to flourish.

The Trustees take an active role in the day-to-day work of the charity, although we can see this will evolve into a less hands on involvement as we grow and develop. It is our ambition for our programmes to be adopted by others too.

Paul Minett: Chair of Trustees.

A writer and Designer, who helped John Bird, (now: John, The Lord Bird MBE a crossbench peer) set up The Big Issue Streetpaper in 1991. Paul is currently working with The Lord Bird on his parliamentary work to dismantle poverty. Paul is also an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Fundraising, sits on their London Regional Committee too.

John Archer: Trustee.

Former CEO of LAMP who delivered supported housing to young people and working with disengaged young people and care leavers. John brings over 10 years of experience of working in the charity sector and over 35 years of business experience at senior levels.

Tara Aldwin, Accountant and Advisor to the Trustees.

Tara is a Director at Foxley Kingham Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. Where in addition to providing a full range of accounts and tax planning services for a wide range of businesses, she also specialises in audit and advising charities and not-for-profit organisations.
